Through experimentation, founders Grant and Yoona Conrad blended Grant’s taste for distinct Texas spices and brisket with Yoona’s family recipes for contemporary Hawaiian BBQ dishes. The result was something utterly unique and ono-licious. As they say in Hawaii, it was “broke da mouth”. The concept began in 2017 as a food truck and by 2018, had created the first brick-and-mortar location. The extensive menu is designed to cross utilize products and cooking styles offering a more efficient purchasing and controls yet having variety for everyone!
