Founded in 2012 by Ann Harrison, a registered nurse with over 20 years of experience, and her partner Doug Johnson, Elder’s Journey Home Care is a home health care agency that believes in bringing better care home. Recognizing an urgent need for home-based medical and nonmedical care, the pair founded the organization to serve their community.

At Elder’s Journey, we believe that every person regardless of age or ability deserves dependable, compassionate care that improves their quality of life. Our roster of RNs, LPNs, and HHAs are highly trained, background-checked, licensed and insured to ensure that only knowledgeable and trustworthy staff members care for our clients in their homes.

Elder’s Journey delivers high-quality, compassionate care to ability-challenged individuals of all ages. From medication management, diabetic care and Alzheimer’s/dementia to wound care, stroke and heart disease, our services aim to assist and uplift our clients.
