The evolution of a 50-year restaurant and cookbook empire, Bomb Biscuit is more than a trendy breakfast & brunch brand, it's a generational Southern legacy.

Dedicated to elevating Southern comfort food through fresh, from-scratch biscuits and creative, hearty dishes, celebrated chef and cookbook author Erika Council launched the concept as a humble Atlanta pop-up in 2016.

What started as a passion project honoring the culinary heritage of her grandmothers quickly gained momentum through collaborations and biscuit box deliveries. Today, Bomb Biscuit is one of the most acclaimed restaurants in the Southeast. In 2024, Erika was a James Beard Award semi-finalist, the highest recognition of culinary excellence. Bomb Biscuit also received the Michelin Bib Gourmand for three consecutive years.
