Qualifications
The best AHE franchisees will be great sales and marketing people and will operate with complete integrity in the education business. We ideally willfind candidates who have some past experience ineducation or healthcare, possibly former teachers, but it is not critical that they have this past experience.
The skills that a franchisee will need to operate the franchised business include the following: Basic bookkeeping/record keeping/charting, basic computer skills, customer service abilities that include the ability to work with all types of peopleand manage difficult situations.
Some important qualities that we will look for in a potential candidate for AHE is their enthusiasm and passion for the business as well as their ability to manage the business with a macro and informed perspective.
