5Aesthetic is a company that is based on the belief that clients’ needs are of the utmost importance, but existing doctors need help supplementing their existing practices. This organization is committed to meeting and exceeding those needs for both patients and doctors. Dr. Tony Yang created a medspa business that offers all of the services necessary to fend off the aging process, each allowing customers look younger and feel better. First time customers are usually surprised at the level of dedication and service they receive, as well as the immediate transformation.
5Aesthetic is designed to relax while improving appearance without many of the expensive items typically found in a medspa. This allows doctors to enter into the private pay aesthetics business and provides a growing client-base. The clients and their well-being are of utmost importance as each person is treated with courtesy and professionalism with a dedication to make sure they always feel welcome.
5Aesthetic offers entrepreneurial doctors a successful turnkey operation using its honed techniques, products, and equipment. 5Aesthetic has outlined an extensive training program where they provide all of the knowledge necessary to succeed with these methods in their local markets.
We plan to launch this franchise with a few trial candidates that hire Dr. Tony Yang directly where he will provide brochures, add services to the website, spend money on internal marketing, and they can schedule patients to meet with Dr. Yang. He will provide a free consultation and treatment and any fees will be split 20%/80%. We will build the business to prove the concept and to build locations that are productive that we can sell to a franchisee in the future (to be discussed in the Strategies section of this Plan).
Concept & Facilities Review
The business model is simple, which allows for quick and efficient duplication of the business system. A typical location may not need any additional space, or it may need up to 2,000 additional square feet, depending on the location and the number of rooms.
The business model will typically fit into a variety of locations, not unlike the prototype in Irvine. At this time, we envision all of the offices will be a business within a business (doctor’s office) with an extended catalog of services to include:
- Dermal Fillers
- Platelet Rich Plasma Therapy
- and more
Depending on the size, franchisees will be encouraged to replicate the operations and suite of services in California (although we will not require them to purchase expensive lasers or other machinery. This will include such amenities as chairs, lounge area/lobby, employee break rooms, storage areas, and of course, individual rooms for the majority of the medspa services.
It is critical to the success of the 5Aesthetic franchise that new franchise partners abide by the strict process and policies in place for finding and approving locations for new operators. Dr. Tony Yang will oversee new franchisee-location acquisition, negotiations of leases (if necessary), and business terms for the real estate.
Beginning in Irvine, 5Aesthetic will expand across the United States in a planned expansion within targeted and defined regional markets. In order to ensure the success of its franchisees, the franchise company intends to provide its Franchisees with:
- Initial hands-on training at its headquarters located in California;
- Local on-site training and support during each franchisee’s initial start-up; and
- Ongoing training and support to ensure the quality of its franchise units.
