WeClean specializes in commercial janitorial cleaning services, and its teams are highly trained, insured/bonded, and receives unparalleled team support to ensure company success.
The franchise organization was formed based on a market analysis primarily drivenby the WeClean Management team. From its inception in April 2016, the companyhas gained a great deal of industry knowledge and experience – which has experienced impressive growth year after year.

Training
As a member of the WeClean franchise team, you will receive the following training:
Initial Training-Held at headquarters location in Racine, WI for one week, beginning approximately two to four weeks before the franchisee is scheduled to open for business.
Onsite Training-Held at the franchisee’s location for one week to assist in the commencement of operations.
Refresher Training-Franchisee must two days of refresher training twice a year.
