SWI support staff will visit once per year to ensure operational standards and provide any additional support/training required for the franchisee’s success.

MARKETING SUPPORT
SWI will coordinate and develop advertising materials and strategies for the franchise network as well as provide local/regional plans.

COMPREHENSIVE AND ONGOING TRAINING
SWI will first provide 1-2 weeks of initial training at the headquarters in Texas where the new franchisee will be trained in administration, operations, and marketing as well as receive on-the-job experience. This will be followed by training at the franchisee’s location for another 3-7 days to ensure all the initial requirements are met and that the opening is successful.
