    Training Program:

    Phase I: Pre-Launch Training

    • 1 week at our location, followed by 1 week on-site with the franchisee

    Phase II: On-Site Training

    • On-site support for 1 week after opening
    • Focus on marketing, client meetings, and operations

    Additional Training

    • Up to 2 days of refresher training annually

    • Regular check-ins (virtual or in person) monthly in year one
