Training
Joining the Studio N team will come with several great training opportunities, including:
INITIAL TRAINING
2 weeks of training at the headquarters in New Mexico beginning 8-12 weeks before the franchisee is scheduled to open for business
ONSITE TRAINING
Held at your location for approximately two to three days to assist you in the commencement of operations
REFRESHER TRAINING
Franchisees will be required to attend up to two days annually of refresher training at the headquarters
ONGOING SERVICES
A member of Studio N field support staff will visit each franchisee according to a set schedule defined in the business plan
Territories
When you join the Studio N team as a franchise owner, you get to choose to create a new startup business or you can convert your current salon to be under the Studio N umbrella. Studio N will be offering exclusive territories to their franchisees as one of the key benefits to early adopters. The territory will typically include a defined area and will be documented as a 100,000 population center and a 5-10 mile radius. These territories will be defined by zip code but will also have other demographic indicators such as average household income, the existence of competition, projected market growth, etc.
