“The Lost Cajun was founded in October 2010 in Frisco, Colorado with my partner Jon Espey. I am from the little island town of Barataria, just south of New Orleans, Louisiana. I owned and operated a successful fishing lodge there for 15 years and that’s where I learned how to cook authentic Cajun food. Our customers have been driving our growth, with people from all over the country wanting to open a Lost Cajun restaurant in their home town. We believe that it is our unique culture and atmosphere, friendly staff and of course great consistent food that makes us such a popular destination. We are looking for partners who love food and people and want to determine their own future by hard work and commitment. Owning a Lost Cajun franchise is not just about owning a business, it’s a life style!” – Raymond Griffin, founder of the The Lost Cajun.
