About The Hop Knot
Based in Connecticut, the company provides a fun and vibrant atmosphere of craft beers and gourmet pretzels. The perfect combination of pretzels and beer sparks interest. Guests want to experience something new and tasty, which is exactly what The Hop Know gives them. The pretzels are unique, but the craft beer industry is unveiling new and interesting beers every day. The Hop Knot caters to seasoned beer drinkers while at the same time making it exciting for the newcomers. And for those not interested in the beer side of things, the pretzels can easily pair well with the trendy craft cocktails also offered on the menu.
The first Hop Knot location launched in April 2016 and the second launched seventeen months later in September of 2017. The model is fun, trendy and affordable. The concept fits the needs of many different types of markets and demographics, allowing for a wide range of possible locations that would fit the Hop Knot business model.

When you join The Hop Knot team as a franchise owner, you will receive outstanding support in a number of different exciting areas including:
- Operational Support
- Marketing Support
- Purchasing Support
- Accounting and Legal Support
- Ongoing Research and Development
In addition, you will receive the following training:
2 weeks of training at the headquarters in Connecticut beginning 8-12 weeks before the franchisee is scheduled to open for business.
1-2 weeks at your location to assist the franchisee in the commencement of operations.
Up to 2 sessions per year.
A member of Hop Knot field support staff will visit each franchisee according to a schedule determined in the business plan.
When you join The Hop Knot team as a franchise owner, you get to choose to create a new startup business or you can convert your current bar/restaurant to be under The Hop Knot umbrella.
Hop Knot will be offering exclusive territories to their franchisees as one of the key benefits to early adopters. An individual territory will include a 50,000-100,000 population base. Territories will be designated depending on the size and makeup of the market characteristics.
